TFP MODEL RELEASE FORM
This document is a legally binding contract between Joshua Davis (Photographer) and _________________________________ hereafter Model , regulating use and ownership of photos taken of Model on ____________ (MM/DD/YYYY).
This is a non commercial agreement where Photographers sole compensation for Models time and work is ___ digital files delivered by email or HTTP at a minimum resolution of 2 megapixels in JPEG format. Delivery shall take place in a timely manner of no less than 7 days. This is the whole obligation of photographer towards Model.
Photographer and Model are permitted to use photographs for non commercial purposes for promotion of their respective photography and modeling business, in such instances, but not limited to advertising, portfolios, composite cards, exhibitions, contests, and promotional web sites.
The Model understands that Photographer, his heirs, licensees or assigns own all rights to photos, and whenever possible Photographer shall be credited as author. No watermarks or copyrights shall be removed from any images, and photos must not be cropped, edited or otherwise distorted or modified by model, or third parties working on behalf of model without written permission.
Model understands and agrees that all poses, positions, and situations enacted in photos were without force, coercion, or threat whatsoever, and were posed freely by Model with Model's full consent. Model agrees to hold Photographer, his heirs, licensees, or assigns blameless from all poses, positions and situations.
Both Model and Photographer have read, fully understand, and have the legal rights to enter into a contract.
